This Privacy Policy explains how Penguin Drawn Studio handles information in connection with Ninja Slash VR Demo (the “App”), a virtual-reality application for Meta Quest.
1. Information we collect
Penguin Drawn Studio does not directly collect, transmit, store, sell, or share personal information through the App. The App does not require a Penguin Drawn Studio account and does not include advertising or developer-operated analytics.
The App may store gameplay preferences or progress locally on your device. This local information is not transmitted to Penguin Drawn Studio.
2. Platform data
The App is distributed through the Meta Horizon platform. Meta may process account, device, purchase, diagnostic, or usage information independently under Meta’s own terms and privacy policy. Penguin Drawn Studio does not control Meta’s independent processing. See the Meta Privacy Policy.
3. How information is used
Because Penguin Drawn Studio does not receive personal information from the App, we do not use App user data for advertising, profiling, analytics, or marketing.
4. Sharing and disclosure
Penguin Drawn Studio does not sell, rent, or share App user personal information with third parties because we do not directly collect such information.
5. Data retention and deletion
Penguin Drawn Studio does not maintain developer-operated user accounts or servers for the App and therefore has no App user personal data to retain or delete. You can remove locally stored App data by clearing the App’s data in your device settings or uninstalling the App.
If you believe you have provided information directly to Penguin Drawn Studio through a support interaction, you may request access to or deletion of that information through our support page. Do not include passwords, account credentials, or other sensitive information in a public support request.
6. Children’s privacy
Penguin Drawn Studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App. Parents or guardians with questions may contact us through the support channel below.
7. Security
We minimize privacy risk by not operating a user-data collection service for the App. Information handled independently by the Meta platform is protected according to Meta’s policies and practices.
8. International users
As Penguin Drawn Studio does not directly process App user personal information, we do not transfer such information between countries. Meta’s independent platform processing may involve international transfers as described in Meta’s privacy policy.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App’s features or data practices change. The revised policy will be posted at this same public URL with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate in-App or store-listing notice when required.

Important: This policy describes a version of the App that does not directly collect personal information. If data collection, analytics, online accounts, voice, camera, multiplayer, or other connected features are added, this policy must be updated before those features are released.
